Overview

The refund and returns policy remains active for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since the date of purchase, a full refund or exchange cannot be offered. To be eligible for a return, the apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. It must also remain in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

Exempt Goods

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products that are intimate or sanitary goods (such as undergarments or swimwear with a removed hygiene liner) are not accepted. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards and certain health or personal care items.

Returns Process

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return. Apparel should not be sent back to the manufacturer. In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted, such as for items with obvious signs of wear, makeup stains, or items missing parts for reasons not due to company error. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may also be subject to partial refunds or rejection.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected for wear or damage, an email notification will be sent regarding the status of the item. Notification of the approval or rejection of the refund will follow. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has not yet been received, the bank account should be checked again. Following this, the credit card company should be contacted, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact the bank to inquire about processing times. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and clearance apparel are considered final and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Items are only replaced if they are defective, damaged, or require a different size (subject to availability). For exchanges, an email should be sent to info@kinggreatness.com, and the apparel should be mailed to the designated physical business address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly, a gift credit for the value of the return will be issued. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, it should be mailed to the designated physical business address. Responsibility for paying shipping costs for returning an item rests with the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total. For high-value apparel, the use of a trackable shipping service or the purchase of shipping insurance is recommended, as receipt of returned items is not guaranteed.
