Yes. Digital gift cards are available for purchase and are delivered via email with instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.

We offer sizes ranging from XS to XXL depending on product availability. Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page for detailed measurements before placing your order.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and resolve it as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Pricing and estimated delivery times will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Please check with neighbors, household members, and around your delivery location. If the package is still missing, contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

King Greatness LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. However, we will assist you with carrier claim documentation when possible.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in original condition to qualify for a refund.

Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 may be returned through January 15, provided items meet our standard return conditions.

Email info@kinggreatness.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide detailed return instructions and next steps.

Yes, exchanges are available for size changes, subject to product availability. If your desired size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Sale and clearance items may be marked as final sale and may not be eligible for return or refund unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected. Funds will be returned to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
